Fitness update

Hello, hello, hello!

Well it's Wednesday so it's Fitness Update Day (FUD we'll be calling it I suppose)!  One week saw no difference on the scale, but that's oky.  I worked out 4 times (4 more times than I did, um, all last year) and kept a food journal.  NOW I need to make good food choices to put into that journal, but I'm happy that I stuck with both all week.

Stay tuned for our next FUD - hopefully a few pounds will be lost!

Have a great snowy day (I don't think anyone is without snow at this point - maybe a small spot in CA?)!

Update:  CNN just said that 49 states have snow.  See?  I was right!!!
