The worst allergies EVER

OH MY GOD I have had this tickle in my throat for 3 days now and I'm going to go postal on myself soon. All I do is cough (day and night - I'm a real treat lately with 8 hours of sleep in 3 days) and I cannot, no matter WHAT I do, remove this tickle. Do I need to put a back scratcher down my throat or something? WTF? I had a coughing fit on the phone with a client today, and answered the phone mid-cough (not the best of my ideas - thank God it was just you Gregg (you know what I mean)) because lately I'm always in mid-cough.
