Median age: 87

So I'm sitting at Quest Diagnostics this morning, getting an annual blood draw when I look around to see about 15 of our finest senior citizens sitting in the waiting room with me.   The wait was crazy - over an hour - and during this time I was chatting with my elderly waiting room neighbors.  I heard about wobbly knees, this arm and that arm, Jeannie has this problem, Paul has that.  I thought 'Man, these people are jacked up'.  No really, I truly thought they were all delightful.

So much so that I'm now wearing a cardigan with a tissue stuffed in the sleeve.
