I recently finished book #10 in the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris, so I had to fill in the gap by starting 4 new books. They're all excellent, and all completely different. The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner is a novella from the Twilight series. It's not quite 200 pages, so I'm pacing myself so as to savor every page.
Samantha Bee's book (she's the Most Senior Correspondent on Jon Stewart's The Daily Show, don'tcha know...) is a series of essays that are hilARious. I love that dry, snarky humor.
I just picked up the 4th book in the Harper Connelly series - I can't wait to get into that tonight.
And then there's Jennifer Weiner whom I adore. I haven't actually started this one, but it's on my nightstand. I'll keep you posted once I start the book.
I'm still reading The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. It's a little slow moving but I have high hopes!
