Not only did they get skates, they received an ice skating rink for the back yard! They LOVE it! Jack's skates have double blades so he kind of 'walks' around on the ice, and Madeline is like jumper girl. I used to love skating when I was little. Growing up there was a corn field across the street, and we'd all wait for winter so we could skate up and down the rows. There was a little opening where the was a make-shift pond and we'd zip around until our feet were frozen. I guess I didn't always hate winter...
