One summer night...

Here it is.  

Quite the masterpiece of iPhone photography.

But as I said when I posted this picture to my Instagram, I don't care.

What I do care about is remembering the night we laid under the cloudy summer sky, in hopes of catching a glimpse of the impending meteor shower.

It was dark, there were crickets and a cool breeze.  Oh and giggles.  There were giggles too.

We didn't see a lot, but it's a night I'll never forget.   A perfect summer evening if you ask me.
