A moment of honesty...

The last time I posted about my weight loss was about a month ago.  I had just lost 25 pounds.  Well since that benchmark I've been slacking.  Practically no gym, not tracking my food, etc.  Despite my badness, I've only gained 2 pounds.  I'm really ok with that.

The good news is that as of Tuesday, I've been back on track with the gym and eating.  I feel good.  And I'll continue to update you on my progress.

I felt it was important for me to report my victories as well as those times when I fail.  It's part of the journey I suppose.  Stay tuned for an update this month as to how I'm doing.  I promise I'll tell you honestly.  xo
