So I've lost 8 pounds. In 5 months. Yeah. Sucky. BUT I know why, and its the food. That evil, evil food. Hitting the gym 3 times a week has been great, but had I coupled it with eating right it would have made a much bigger difference. So I'm back at it (well, I never really stopped with the fitness side - unless you count the last three weeks...shhh), and I'll keep you posted on my success! Wish me luck (and willpower!)!
