The other day Jack was treated to a rendition of "That's What Friends Are For" (the Dionne Warwick classic). This treat was sung at lung piercing volume with full on closed eyes and stage gestures courtesy of my sister and me. I thought it was pretty tremendous. Jack, not so much.
My point is, I think I'm a pretty decent singer when I sing loudly. For some reason I can hit notes that I can't hit when I sing at a normal volume.
