Uh oh...

What have I gotten myself into?  I start training tomorrow with  a personal trainer (it seemed like a good idea at the time!)!  I'm actually excited, but a little nervous as this is a friend of mine so it feels like a little more pressure than just a stranger.  I think this is what I need though.  I get SO bored at the gym, and of course have no idea how to accomplish what I'm looking to achieve.  So yes, I think this will be good for me (check in tomorrow to see if the honeymoon has worn off...before its officially begun!).  5 days a week, 90 minutes a day.  I'm actually looking forward to it (did I just say that?!)!
