Poor, poor planning

WHO is the freakin' genius who planned to have the final Presidential Debate on the same night as the season finale of Project Runway? AT THE SAME TIME NO LESS. All I can say is Thank God for DVR.

In what is probably my most random tidbit, have you ever heard of a narwhal? I just ordered this paper from Sassafras Lass and it has little narwhals on it (LOOOOVE it). Now, I don't claim to be a marine expert of any kind, but I had never heard of such an animal. It turns out they're REAL! And they freak me out. They're cute here (little blue guy with the horn in his head)....

But not so much here... I don't know what it is but they fa-reak me out. Turns out, that tusk is actually a giant tooth (snaggletooth takes on a whole new meaning for me). Can you imagine swimming in the ocean (north of 70°N latitude of course, as narwhals are rarely found south of this mark), and coming upon one of these freaky things? So yes, as you can tell, I'm now obsessed with these creatures, thanks Wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narwhal).

In non-narwhal news, how cute is this shirt? Its from MNKR Clothes based out of CA and they have awesome kids (or as they call, 'chitlins') clothes. I want to get this for Mad as she says this to me a lot lately.All right, I'm done blogging for the day. Enjoy your now narwhal-ful day!
