Tonsilectomy Day!

This is our little Mad, all ready for surgery and hospital gowned-up! Children's Hospital is awesome the way they cater to children (duh). She's got a lot of nervous energy, but she's ready to get this over with and is doing well - no freak outs yet. Say a little prayer for our turkey and I'll update everyone as the day goes on!

On another note, please say a prayer for my friend Colleen's lifelong friends who lost their father Paul yesterday to cancer. If you could also say a prayer for Brian's family, who lost Rose (Brian's step-mother) to cancer last month (just found this out last night).

UPDATE: Madeline's surgery went well. She's in recovery now and we're ready to see our little angel pumpkin pudding pie (one of my many nicknames for little turkey girl). We met with the surgeon, and she did really well. She'll be in pain, but she'll have a ton of presents and love to get her through. Love to you all!
