Well, the best laid plans are just that. Madeline has strep and wasn't able to go to school today (nor can she go tomorrow). PLUS she's getting her tonsils out later this month (for this exact reason) so she's going to miss a bunch of school this month. I feel SO bad for her. Poor little puppet. :-(
Work is insane - but I'd rather have it busy than slow and zzzzzz.
Too much good TV tonight. The start of America's Next Top Model at 8pm, Project Runway a 10pm and of course the Republican National Convention (I want to see what Pallin has to say - I'm about 900% sure she won't sway my vote, but I still want to hear her speech). Should be interesting. While I've made my decision as to who I'm voting for (and it's not McCain), I still want to be educated about both sides (not that I haven't educated myself before making my decision, but I want to stay up to date, etc.).
On the political topic (btw, I'm going to just say what I want - its my blog and you can agree or disagree, that's your choice), I contributed for the first time in my life to a political campaign (yes, Mr. Obama's). It felt really good to do so.
